Shipping Policy

All On The Rise orders are dispatched from Sydney, Australia.

We aim to keep shipping straightforward and reliable, using trusted carriers and clear timeframes so you know exactly what to expect.


 

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Please allow 1–2 business days for your order to be packed and dispatched. During busy periods or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer, but we always work to move orders out as quickly as possible.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.


 

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

We ship all Australian orders via Australia Post or Sendle, depending on your location and the most efficient service available at the time of dispatch.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Metro areas: 2–5 business days after dispatch

  • Regional areas: 3–7 business days after dispatch

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather events, or peak periods.


 

International Shipping

International orders are shipped using Australia Post or Sendle, which then hand over to their respective international delivery partners. This may include providers such as USPS (United States), Canada Post (Canada), Royal Mail (United Kingdom), DHL, or other local postal services, depending on the destination country.

Estimated delivery times:

  • International delivery typically takes 7–21 business days after dispatch

  • Timeframes vary based on destination, customs processing, and local courier networks

Tracking will continue once the parcel enters the destination country, though updates may appear less frequently depending on the local carrier.

 


 

Delivery Responsibility & Missed Deliveries

Once an order has been successfully delivered or delivery has been attempted, responsibility passes to the recipient.

Customers are responsible for:
  • Ensuring someone is available to receive the delivery where required
  • Monitoring tracking updates and delivery notifications
  • Following up directly with the shipping carrier if a delivery card, email, or SMS notification is issued
If a parcel is redirected to a collection point, held by the carrier, or awaiting action from the recipient, it is the customer’s responsibility to arrange collection or re-delivery within the carrier’s stated timeframes.

On The Rise does not receive the same delivery notifications, cards, or communications sent directly to customers by shipping partners, and we are not able to intervene on a customer’s behalf in these situations. We suggest you communicate directly with the local shipping provider.

 

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are:

  • Determined by local authorities

  • The responsibility of the customer

  • Not included in the product price or shipping fee

We recommend checking your local import regulations before placing an order.


 

Delivery Issues & Delays

Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, delivery timelines are outside our control. That said, we are always happy to assist if something seems off.

If your order is delayed, missing, or tracking has not updated for an extended period, please contact us with your order number and we’ll help investigate.


 

Incorrect Address Details

Please ensure all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout.

On The Rise cannot be held responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an address issue, re-shipping costs may apply.

Orders returned to sender due to missed deliveries, uncollected parcels, or lack of follow-up with the carrier are not considered lost in transit. In these cases, any re-shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
