Returns & Exchanges

We’re a small, independent business, and we genuinely appreciate every order placed with us. Because of that, we keep our returns process simple, fair, and considered.

We ask that all return requests are made promptly so we can keep stock moving and continue producing in small, intentional runs.


Size exchanges

If the fit isn’t quite right, we’re always happy to help.

  • Size exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability

Return shipping is arranged by the customer. We’ll cover the cost of shipping your replacement item back to you.


Change of mind

If you’ve changed your mind or the item isn’t quite your style, we offer store credit rather than refunds.

  • Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached

  • Store credit is issued once the return is received and approved

Store credit never expires and can be used across the site whenever you’re ready.


Refunds

Refunds are available for:

  • Faulty items

  • Incorrect items

  • Items that don’t meet acceptable quality standards

If this applies, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, including a photo where possible so we can resolve it quickly.


How to start a return or exchange

  1. Visit the Customer Portal page
  2. Login to your account using the same email linked to your order
  3. Navigate to the Orders tab
  4. Select the item(s) and your preferred outcome
  5. Follow the return instructions sent by email

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect, in which case a refund will be applied upon receipt of the returned item(s).


A quick note on timing

Because we operate in small production runs, requests submitted outside the 7-day window can’t be accepted. We appreciate your understanding and encourage trying items on soon after delivery.


Condition of returns

Returned items must be in original condition. Items showing signs of wear, washing, or use may be declined and returned to the sender.


Processing time

  • Returns are inspected within 2 business days of arrival

  • Store credit or exchanges are processed shortly after inspection
